For Trump, Iowa is a thunderous shot across the bow
Iowa's Monday caucuses are poised to set a winning tone for the 2024 election
Nobody does it like Trump, and this weekend, his determination to win the state of Iowa overcame frigid temperatures, swirling blizzards, and frozen roads in the Hawkeye State.
Just one day out from the Iowa caucuses, Trump is holding a historic lead among the field of GOP candidates, bringing it home with a 28-point lead over former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, which Interactive Polls has stated is the largest lead any GOP candidate has ever held in the history of the Des Moines Register poll.
In a statement released just after the results from the poll were published late Saturday night, Trump wrote, “Our grassroots supporters have put us in [a] position to win, and now we have to show up to Caucus for President Trump on Monday and get the job done. We have to show up.”
In 2020, in the devastating aftermath of the problem-ridden presidential election, whereby mail-in ballots magically handed a “win” to Joe Biden over days and days, 2024 seemed like a distant dream. Indeed, 2024 seemed as if it was 20 years away, and at that time, nobody was sure if President Trump would want to return to the campaign trail to fight to reclaim the White House from Joe Biden and his feckless administration, which has robbed America of her glory and set the U.S. on a path toward imminent destruction.
Of course, in 2022, America got its answer on will he or won’t he when Trump announced that he would run for president yet again, attempting to accomplish a historic task: unseat a corrupt incumbent who ascended to the White House only in the wake of unprecedented alleged election irregularities, fraud, and media distortion.
At last, 2024 is finally upon us, and on Monday, Jan. 15, the Iowa caucuses will triumphantly catapult President Trump to victory in the first meaningful primary contest of the year. With a 28-point lead, Trump will make history with his likely win, and what’s more, it will set the tone for ongoing victory in his 2024 campaign.
Trump will then trek to New Hampshire, where he will deliver a series of knockout speeches in the Granite State this week and the next, courting prospective GOP primary voters and warning them away from Nikki Haley, whom he has succinctly (and rightly) labeled a warmonger and a globalist. Just look at her ties to globalist money from sources like the Koch family. Look at her comments about the war in Ukraine. This is not a woman who will put America First, nor has she ever intended to do so.
Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., who was once considered the next obvious GOP nominee by some in the media (I never understood that) has fallen catastrophically low, embarrassing himself with cringe-worthy campaign events and foolishly choosing to do political battle with Trump. The logic of that decision is astounding. Why would DeSantis attempt to battle the toughest guy on the block? To absolutely nobody’s surprise, Trump is now the guy who also has slowly, methodically, and effectively dismantled the entire DeSantis campaign in less than one year’s time.
Don’t mess with Trump is the lesson to be learned here, and it’s a lesson that many politicians seem to continue to learn as time marches on.
Trump is the only man in the country who is not owned by globalist donors and communist sympathizers. He takes no marching orders from the captured and feckless Republican Party and its failing establishment hacks. He is strong, steady, and dependable. He’s put it all on the table. There’s nothing to hide, there’s nothing to debate. He is who he is, and Americans should be grateful that he is willing to go to bat for them, every single day, no matter what the corrupt system lobs at him. Very few - if any - could handle what he does. He is a rare and unique leader. He is a once-in-a-century figure.
Trump is peace through strength. Trump is common sense and economic prosperity. Trump is medical choice and military might. Trump is calm and resolute and mission-focused. Trump is a protector of religious freedom and free speech. Trump is straightforward, no-holds-barred, and, unlike Gov. DeSantis, will truly never back down.
Trump, to put it simply, is America First.
Tomorrow, Iowans must brave wind, snow, ice, and frigid chill to caucus for President Trump. They will caucus at 6:30 p.m. ET for the greatest president in modern history - a president who cares about the populist heartbeat of America rather than the bloodthirsty establishment elitists who seek to destroy everything good and respectable about this country.
Trump is a man who MUST win, because the soul of our nation depends on it. In this fight, Iowa will be remembered as the state that started the spark that set the fire of political revolution ablaze, a state that ushered in the beginning of a renaissance of American liberty, and a state that fired the first shot in a historic battle to reclaim freedom, prosperity, and opportunity once again.
Iowa on January 15 is the beginning. November 2024 is the end game.
2025 is the year when the 45th and 47th president will set everything right again, and he’ll do it with the people of Iowa - and America - right by his side.
GET OUT AND CAUCUS, IOWA. The nation is looking to you to lead the way.
