Important America First bullet points:
Special Counsel report makes stunning admission about Biden. Special Counsel Robert Hur’s DOJ report made a shocking admission of why they will not bring charges against Joe Biden: “It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Ga., rips Biden. She wrote on X, “Joe Biden isn’t capable to stand trial for all of the classified documents he stole after leaving office as a Senator and VP, yet he’s capable of carrying around the nuclear football? Joe Biden is unfit to serve as POTUS!” She called for invoking the 25th Amendment or a formal impeachment.
Rep. Kevin Kiley, R-Calif., hints that Kamala Harris or Gov. Newsom, D-Calif., may be “waiting in the wings.” Amid Biden’s cognitive decline, Rep. Kiley suggested that Gov. Gavin Newsom may be posturing to pounce at a chance to win the Democrat nomination in 2024 in his stead.
James O’Keefe drops another bombshell report on alleged secret converted illegal immigrant compound in Tucson, Arizona. O’Keefe released jaw-dropping footage of his undercover journalism operation that infiltrated an alleged “secret” compound at the Ramada Hotel, in which illegal migrants are offered a plethora of free services, including wifi, food, and more: “Our undercover journalist confirms with a migrant that they have seen many gang members come through in caravans. The migrant tells us that Border Patrols suspect gang members but they still let them pass through, ‘They will ask about gang tattoos but Border Patrol still lets those people in.’”
National/International politics:
Putin drops bombshells during Tucker Carlson interview. The Russian president offered a prolonged explanation of the history of Russia’s relationship with Ukraine. He also accused the Central Intelligence Agency of starting the conflict initially with Ukraine. He further stated that the CIA blew up the Nord Stream pipeline last year and, somewhat funnily, referred to former President George W. Bush as a “dumb guy.”
Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson calls Tucker Carlson a “traitor.” The former PM called Tucker Carlson a “traitor” for interviewing Russian President Vladimir Putin. Notably, Putin accused Johnson of advising Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to refuse a peace treaty that was apparently on the table in 2022. The question, of course, is why?

What’s new with President Donald J. Trump:
Trump responds to SCOTUS oral arguments on Thursday. The president reacted to the arguments during a presser on the steps of Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, stating, “I hope that democracy in this country will continue, because right now we have a very, very tough situation with all of the radical left ideas, with the weaponization of politics…it’s totally illegal, but they do it anyway. And it has to stop.”
Trump says he would happily choose to fight for the country again and again. During remarks made at the NRA Presidential Forum on Friday evening in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Trump stated that he would choose to go to the mat for the American people if given the choice, again and again. President Donald Trump offers rebuttal to Joe Biden getting off without so much as a slap on the wrist in his classified documents case. Trump released this official statement on Thursday evening: “THIS HAS NOW PROVEN TO BE A TWO-TIERED SYSTEM OF JUSTICE AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL SELECTIVE PROSECUTION! The Biden Documents Case is 100 times different and more severe than mine. I did nothing wrong, and I cooperated far more. What Biden did is outrageously criminal - He had 50 years of documents, 50 times more than I had, and “WILLFULLY RETAINED” them. I was covered by the Presidential Records Act, Secret Service was always around, and GSA delivered the documents. Deranged Jack Smith should drop this Case immediately. ELECTION INTERFERENCE.”
