News summary for the nation:
President Trump can’t stop winning. On Monday, an appellate court ruled that he could post a much smaller bond in the New York civil fraud judgment (original $454 million or more). Instead, Trump can post $175 million, which is still a lot of money, but it will not only save him from a financial imposition - it will also avert New York Attorney General Letitia James’ plans to seize his assets in the Empire State.
Trump called Judge Engoron a “disgrace to this country” and noted that he planned on putting up “cash” as the collateral in the bond. Once posted, he can appeal the ruling from Engoron on the matter.
This decision from the appellate division represents a massive victory for Trump, and likely signals a future favorable ruling upon his appeal.

It is the biggest assault on democracy we've ever seen. If you're too cowardly to call it out, you're not ready for this moment in American politics.”
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., makes her case for removing Speaker Johnson, R-Ky. On X, MTG cited multiple reasons, including the “Johnson-Chuck Schumer Uniparty Minibus Betrayal” and accused him of funding the “aiding and abetting of ILLEGALS in the interior of our country” by providing $650 million for SSP reimbursements for illegal migrants released from DHS custody.

Hours before favorable ruling from appellate division, Trump posts Psalm 109:3-8 on Truth Social. The president shared a kind letter that he received from a presumed supporter on Monday morning that included text from Psalm 109:3-8. The note also read, “I’m praying this over you daily. So many praying for you. Thank you again for taking the arrows intended for us. We love you.”
Trump responds to bond reduction in NY civil fraud judgment. The 45th president slammed Engoron for having been overturned by an appellate division for a fifth time. He wrote, “This also shows how ridiculous and outrageous Engoron’s original decision was at $450 Million. I DID NOTHING WRONG, AND NEW YORK SHOULD NEVER BE PUT IN A POSITION LIKE THIS AGAIN. BUSINESSES ARE FLEEING, VIOLENT CRIME IS FLOURISHING, AND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THIS BE RESOLVED IN ITS TOTALITY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU!”

"The president’s career in New York is ultimately a story of American resilience and capitalistic achievement, propelled by his unrivaled business instinct and inarguable chutzpah when it comes to negotiation...Americans can see AG James’s bone-chilling intention to seize his real estate assets in New York as a representation of a cataclysmic fracture in the mosaic of American entrepreneurial spirit."
Fact vs. fiction: debunking the three most common arguments against voting for Trump. The three arguments that are directly addressed include:

Read on RSBN:
“Perhaps the most contentious topic of all among hardline conservative voters when it comes to Trump is the Covid vaccine. Like it or not, the controversial issue has taken center stage for many voters, particularly among women.
While in the White House, Trump spearheaded an expedited Covid vaccine development initiative called Operation Warp Speed that ultimately yielded the treatment that is available today. It is important to note that, in 2020 and amidst the then-unknown dangers that the Covid virus represented, demand for a vaccine was high.
